Hey there! Nice to meet you...virtually for now.
I have had many adventures in life that have given me a unique perspective and a different approach to coaching. I have coached youth sports and mentored as two of my kids competed in college as well, so I use a lot examples from that world...but also from the world of organic gardening.
My husband, Stewart, and I married in 1990 and have had quite the adventure (not really, it was pretty mundane most of these 34 years but we're not supposed to say that out loud, shhh) We currently live in Southern California, but also have resided in Colorado and England. We have 2 dogs that we love (but Duke is my favorite, shhh!) and raised 3 super human beings.
Those of you who are joining me in 2024 will be a part of my transition into the world of virtual coaching, although I still plan on doing the in person workshops, I will be conducting all of my 1:1 coaching to online. Even though this move will expand my reach globally, the biggest reason is to provide Group Coaching...it's been my favorite thing to be a participant of, so it just made sense to combine group workshopping with coaching to develop my signature group coaching program LIFE MAP: Reset Your GPS to Reach Your Best Life
